For 15 sec after landing, Diabolic Duke gains 2 Block, its ATK Range changes to adjacent tiles, and its ATKs inflict Stun and can target airborne units. When the duration ends or its HP is depleted, Diabolic Duke returns to an airborne state and consumes all Binding Chains stacks.
